Steps To Install Resident Evil 4 Ultimate Item Modifier
Download trainer and extract the trainer.exe file.
Now open the trainer’s menu and double-click on the trainer.
Then double-click on the trainer’s shortcut in the desktop.
Press Windows + R keys and type %appdata% in the Run box and click OK.
Find the trainer’s folder and extract the trainer.exe file.
Go back to the trainer’s menu.
